JIW FRAMEWORK

The Job Is War (JIW) weapon system applies military strategy and 'take no prisoners' tactical operations to the job acquisition process. Tools and techniques come from the CIA, FBI, and military manuals to provide a different approach to employment and ultimately a career.

WEAPON SYSTEM COMPONENTS

Each component is critical to the system and lays out a multi-year plan to winning the job war.

  1. SWOT strategy: A plan based on your specific goals and personal tools. We analyze your strengths and weaknesses, and reconcile these with your job goals. This process will help you with the reality of where you are in life and what you need to do to acquire the career you want.

  2. Infrastructure: Create a system of tools and tactics to find, prioritize and respond to new jobs, even when you have a job. 

  3. Interviews: One of the most critical steps of the process requires war training on interviews (interrogations), preparation and post interview tactics, elicitation tips, verbal/nonverbal techniques and technical reviews. 

  4. Job Offer: Use of intelligence and counterintelligence. How to pass background checks, identity management and response.

  5. J-Day: Before your first day, learn the fine art of building a new identity through intelligence and counterintelligence tactics. 

  6. New Plan: Once hired, show up with a custom plan to kill your first 90-days on the job.
